If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:

• Clear images of the product and original packaging

If the product is confirmed to be defective within 48 hours of delivery, it will be replaced and delivered within 3 to 5 working days at no additional cost.
